Export-Import Bank of India ('the Bank') will not collect any personal information that identifies a visitor to this site individually unless specified otherwise. Subscriber Registration Obligations

Upon subscription to the Site, the Bank may collect such personal data from the subscriber as may be required for the efficient operation of or for provision of more relevant services. While the Bank undertakes to take all necessary safeguards to protect this confidential information, the subscriber in turn agrees to :

• provide true, accurate, current and complete information about itself, and all other information as prompted by the Bank's registration or subscription form (such information being the "Registration Data") and maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
• If the subscriber provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate the subscription (or any portion thereof).

Subscriber Registration Obligations

1. designing financial services or related products for subscribers' use;
2. marketing financial services or related products;
3. meeting the requirements to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on the Bank;
4. enabling an actual or proposed assignee of the Bank, or participant or sub-participant of the Bank's rights in respect of the subscriber to evaluate the transaction intended to be the subject of the assignment, participation or sub-participation; and purposes relating thereto.

Data held by the Bank relating to a subscriber will be kept confidential but the Bank may provide such information for the purposes earlier mentioned to the following parties:

1. any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer, payment or securities clearing or other services to the Bank in connection with the operation of its business;
2. any other person under a duty of confidentiality to the Bank including a group company or associate of the Bank which has undertaken to keep such information confidential;
3. any person including regulatory or governmental agency to whom the bank is under an obligation to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on the Bank or any of its branches;
4. any actual or proposed assignee of the Bank or participant or sub-participant or transferee of the Bank's rights in respect of the subscriber; and any person to whom such disclosure is required for the purposes of protecting and defending our rights or property, or for enforcing the Terms of Use or for protecting the interests of our members or others, or for protecting the rights, property, or personal safety of the Bank, its employees, consultants, users, business partners, agents and the public.
